OST-Stankoprom

The Foreign Enterprise «OST-Stankoprom» was founded in 2003 for the purpose of manufacturing equipment for production of metal decor that meets the highest quality standards.
«OST-Stankoprom» – is a fast growing enterprise which is a part of the Industrial Group «OST», one of the largest producers of metal decor and construction metal structures in Europe and the CIS. The team of «OST-Stankoprom» has adopted the «OST» company’s long experience in implementation of new technologies in production of metal decor, up-to-date highly cost-effective equipment of the world best manufacturers.
In 2007 the enterprise «OST-Stankoprom» switched to serial production of equipment. For the most part, it was caused by the rapid rise in rates and volumes of construction, increased interest in the use of decorative metal items and structures in architecture and construction.
The organizational structure of the enterprise provides a complete production cycle – from developing design documentation for the output equipment, creation and improvement of means of production before manufacturing and selling the output. Experienced specialists in metal working – engineers, technologists, production workers – are involved in the implementation of a project.

In 2008 the whole line of press-forging equipment passed acceptance trials in independent accredited testing laboratories. The technical requirements for machine tools production were endorsed by the relevant agencies and registered at the Belarusian State Institute of Standardization and Certification. In the near future the industrial prototypes of machine tools will undergo the procedure of patenting.
The enterprise has begun developing design documentation for welding equipment. It is planned to start the production of universal welding units for pulsed arc and mechanized welding.
The enterprise’s next stage of advancement will be the production of original painting equipment for electrostatic painting with liquid paintwork material with a paint transfer efficiency of 98%. Besides, the enterprise plans to attract investors for the implementation of a number of other projects in machine tool building, metal processing and construction.

«OST-Stankoprom» carries out direct delivery of the equipment to the customer’s address and delivery from warehouses in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Minsk, Vitebsk. The arsenal of offers to clients includes leasing schemes of delivery. Among the equipment consumers there are large construction companies, municipal enterprises and organizations, industrial metal-processing and engineering plants, forging firms of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine. At least 70% of the stock of orders of «OST-Stankoprom» falls on export deliveries, mainly to Western Europe and CIS countries.

«OST-Stankoprom» provides the following service maintenance of produced and delivered equipment:

• assistance in installation and startup work (a visit of our specialist to the customer for the equipment startup and personnel training is possible)
• free training of machine operators at our operating plant
• warranty service and post-warranty technical and information support
• post-warranty delivery of spare parts and any accessories

The quality of our produce is ensured by the high standards of production, quality of raw materials, highly qualified personnel as well as due to the stock of modern production equipment.
The enterprise structure comprises a number of facilities – blank production, welding, machining processing, assembling, electrical assembling, tool production, and thermal processing.

Metal cutting is made on Trumpf, coordinate-perforating presses as well as on Messer plasma arc cutting machines. Bending of steel sheets is carried out on Mengele sheet bending press.

The Merkle welding equipment is used. The technical capabilities and specifications of the Merkle welding units and the qualification of our accredited personnel allow us to carry out welding works of the highest level.

Our metal processing facilities enable us to perform all kinds of steel, cast iron and metal alloys processing. The facilities are equipped with multipurpose machining centers produced by the German concern DMG, turning and milling CNC machines, grinding and coordinate boring machines. The CNC machines are operated by highly skilled specialists of long experience.

The enterprise is equipped with machinery that allows to process large-sized details of up to 2.5 metres long.
Assemblage of machines and manufactured articles, machines’ setting and testing are carried out in our assembly workshop.
Our tool production facilities produce all kinds of accessories and special tools necessary to the enterprise.
