At the foreign enterprise «OST-Stankoprom» are released the first machine tools of model UMT-04K – from the series of the machine tools with CNC of economy-class which are oriented at the non-industrial production of forged products in the conditions of small-scale workshops. Universal machine tools UMT-04K with CNC completed with the replaceable blocks allow to carry out the main operations of forge production: forge-rolling, end forging, bending of volutes, production of «baskets», radius bending, production of rings.
The component parts and products of the leading German manufacturers provide the error-free performance of the machine tool. Thus, for example, motor-reductor SEW Eurodrive doesn’t require maintenance. The metal for manufacture of the basic blocks of the machine tool is delivered from Germany. Mitsubishi control system of the machine tool with CNC has English-language interface.
The warranty for the machine tool is 2 years.
The price of the standard set (with all replaceable blocks) is 15981 EURO without VAT.
